Soheir Morcos

Painting the portrait is the passion of Soheir Morcos since childhood. At age eleven, she started taking painting classes. Her love of reproducing the expression of the face and the color of the skin motivated her to improve her skills by pursuing her painting courses. In 1995 she had the pleasure of meeting the master artist Irena Korosec and under her guidance, she began exploring the art of painting the human body using the classical technique of the old masters.
She participated in two exhibitions in 2005 and 2007 in BohemiArte gallery and her work is exhibited at the same gallery. She is also member of the «Portrait Society of Canada ».
